Terry Baxter, the founder of Balanced Success Bookkeeping, LLC, earned her degree in Business Management and Accounting from Andover College in Portland, Maine. She then embarked on a successful career in retail management and eventually transitioned into becoming a Full Charge
Bookkeeper. Terry has been a Full Charge Bookkeeper and Controller for the past 30 years, both as an
employee of companies and as an independent contractor.
Through those years of experience, she has gained substantial experience with many different types of companies, both large and small.
In January of 2018, Terry formed Balanced Success Bookkeeping, LLC, to fulfill her goal of becoming an independent business owner.
Balanced Success Bookkeeping has recently expanded, adding a partnership with Full Charge Bookkeeper, Keith Baxter, who graduated from the National Association of Certified Public Bookkeepers, to help maintain and expand the services provided by the company.
